Early Departures: Refunds for early departures depend on the terms of the booking rate and the remaining length of the stay.
Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Window
Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a one-night charge.
Non-Refundable Rate: This rate offers a discount but does not allow for refunds or changes.
Special Circumstances
Illness or Medical Emergencies: Guests who need to cancel due to illness or medical emergencies may be required to provide a medical certificate to be eligible for a refund.
Booking Errors: If there is an error on our part, such as overbooking or incorrect room allocation, a full refund will be provided within 7 Days.
Refund Exceptions
Promotional Rates: Some promotional or special rates may not be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
Third-Party Bookings: If the booking was made through a third-party website or travel agent, the refund policy of the third party will apply. Please contact them directly for refund assistance.
